HighPointe Urban Living is a gated community in the City of Downey of 39 modern style single-family homes. This community consists of four and three bedrooms homes with three and a half bathrooms and a two car garage. Some of the communal amenities include a swimming pool, twenty guest parking spaces within the gated community and private elevators in some homes.

Inspired by the new modern architecture in the surrounded cities, HighPointe Urban Living was designed to make each home a unique, comfortable and fun experience to every family. We created a variation of relaxing and fun amenities within the community designed to complement the busy Southern California live style.

Many trees and fountains next to benches were placed through the community. A swimming pool with accessible bathrooms for guests is also available in the inside corner of the community away from most homes minimizing any noise pool parties may generate.

The exterior includes key angles designed to reduce outside noise and vibration from entering the home.
